Kimberly P. Simoes
Kimberly handles actions filed in Florida state and federal courts and has tried cases in both venues. Kimberly is admitted to practice before all U.S District Courts in Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Kimberly is also a former judicial law clerk to the Mississippi Court of Appeals. By limiting her practice to policyholder claims and representation of the medical community, she has successfully handled thousands of claims against the insurance industry at the trial and the appellate level.
